Bank of China (Jiangsu) | Institutional CRM

Background
I was commissioned by Beijing Ruaho Technology, a specialist in Office Automation (OA) and enterprise management systems, to lead the design for the Bank of China (Jiangsu Provincial Branch). As the provincial headquarters, this branch oversees the digital operations and institutional banking for one of China’s largest and most economically significant regions.
The goal was to build a sophisticated Institutional CRM and Client Intelligence Platform to move beyond basic data storage and into proactive client discovery and high-level portfolio management.
As the Lead Product Designer, I owned the end-to-end design process, working directly with the development team at Beijing Ruaho and stakeholders at Bank of China. My responsibilities included:
Requirement Translation: Converted complex provincial banking regulations and business logic into functional user flows.
Information Architecture: Designed the logic for client group management and hierarchical tag structures.
Data Visualization: Architected dashboard layouts to handle high density information and analytical insights for provincial leadership.
System Logic: Focused on the functional behavior of the discovery tools to ensure accuracy in client profiling.
